Do you have available inventory and price information on your site?
Yes, you can view the price on line after you sign up. Free shipping to Commercial address to the lower 48 states in USA if order is over $800.00. 5% more discounts may apply if your order is over $1000.00 Unfortunately, this is not a real time inventory/price site. Online inventory tracking information is not currently available and the price may not be most updated. We will have to re-confirm the quantity and price separately when you place order.
If we do make a mistake on the web, please allow us to correct it by a separate email or fax. Order prices are subjected to a final confirmation by Master Quality.
How are orders placed?
1)The status of order placed on-line will remain pending until approved by our order department with the current price, available quantity. 2)Download order form from the Tab "Form" and fax the order back to 1-877-207-4016. 3)Since we are a wholesale company, a minimum of $300 order plus freight will apply for new customer with their initial order. And it will be free shipping to commericil address lower 48 states in USA if order is over $800. And 5% off if order is over $1000. There will be no limitation on the repeat orders. Other serivce fee will apply if ship to residential address if for drop ship. 4)All items must be ordered by full cases except the sample.
How do I become a customer?
1)Registered on-line.
2)Simply fill out the new customer application form with your valid Federal ID or Seller Permit, email or fax it to us. Once you are approved, you can either view the price on-line or request a price list by email.

Is there a Drop Ship service?
Yes. Handling fee will be applied. Drop Ship fee varies for the different items. Heavy/Bulk items may add extra handling fees. Please check the details with us before you use this program.
All drop ship invoices need to be paid in advance by company credit card or other method. For customer who has already got payment terms, we allow the payment to arrive within 5 business days. Any invoices past due more than 8 business days will cause a hold on new drop ship orders until the pending invoices clears out.
What is the product warranty?
LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY Master Quality Tools & Machinery INC. (MQTM) warrants its power tools with the following conditions: Master Quality warrants its power tools and equipment to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from original date of purchase. We will service and repair product. If not repairable product will be replaced under this warranty if found to be defective and within the warranty period. This warranty does not apply if: • The product has been misused, abused, or improperly maintained as described and instructed in the Owner’s manual • Repairs are required due only to normal wear and tear • Alterations have been made to the product • Repairs have been made or attempted to the product by other than MQT authorized personnel or service centers. Or defects in materials or workmanship or damages result from repairs or alterations which have been made or attempted by others or the unauthorized use of nonconforming parts • Products used in commercial or rental applications (warranty is only 90 days for commercial or rental use) • Power tool accessories are warranted for ninety (90) days. * MQT makes no warranties representations or promises as to the quality or performance of its power tools other than those specifically stated in this warranty. However, MQT may help to supply parts or repair at customer’s cost. ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS: Neither MQT nor its suppliers shall be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages of any kind, loss of revenue, loss of business or other financial loss arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of this product, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or any other theory, even if MQT has been advised of the possibility of such damages. MQT ’s entire liability shall be limited to replacement, repair, or refund of the purchase price paid, at MQT ’s option. Any implied warranty granted under state law, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited to one years from the date of purchase MQT is not responsible for direct, indirect Incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Master Quality Tools & Machinery, Inc. reserves the rights to change its policy without notice.
What is the return policy?
Our return policy is not to accept merchandise for return except in factory sealed, unopened cartons, unless the merchandise is defective. We do not accept any special ordered and customized merchandise for return in any circumstances. Any goods, with some exceptions, which prove to be defective within 30 days of receiving may be credited or exchanged for a replacement of the same model. We will pay shipping costs for replacement merchandise but customer has to pay the shipping cost of return.
Due to the product nature, MQT can not accept returns of winches. MQT can not accept returns of gas or diesel-powered items once said items have been oiled and/or gassed. • Drop ship items: Customers will receive less than full credit on any merchandise returned to sender as either refused or undeliverable (other than freight damaged goods) due to return shipping charges. MQT will not credit any shipping damage caused by improper handling from the 3rd party shipping account. Customer has to file claim against the carrier, MQT will supply documentation help. Credits are for the cost of product only; shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All returned merchandise must be in original carton with all manufacturers included accessories. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items. Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any way. Merchandise initially returned as defective, whose defect cannot be verified, will incur a minimum 25% restocking charge as well as a freight charge for replacement shipment. Merchandise initially shipped 'double-boxed' must be returned to us in like fashion.
How to Return:
Simply contact us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA)number. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a valid RMA number on the shipping label.
What methods of payment does Master Quality accept?
Master Quality currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, cashier check, company check, and money order.
